Are You Using Gmail?
Many months ago, Gmail added tabs to your inbox to assist you in managing your emails. Gmail decides which tab to place your new emails in as they arrive at your inbox. Most of your emails arrive in the Primary folder. These are the emails that Google decided you want to get first. Other emails arrive in either the Social or the Promotions tabs.
Most emails that have been generated through an email service (such as the one we use called MailChimp) Google places in the Promotions tab. It does not matter that you asked to receive emails from Kingdom Purpose Women, Google only knows that it came from an email service.
For your convenience, you may choose to move the emails to the Primary folder so that you will not miss an important email from Kingdom Purpose Women. It is a simple two step process:
1) Find one of the emails from Marjorie Lou in your inbox. You can search for “Marjorie Lou” to help you find it. If it is in the Promotions tab, do the following
- Simply click and drag the email from the Promotions inbox to the Primary tab.
2) You will see the following message
- Do this for future messages from Marjorie@KingdomPurposeWomen.com? Yes
Once you click “Yes” you should see future emails from Marjorie Lou in your Primary folder!
