I am often asked why the donations to Kingdom Purpose Women are not tax-deductible. In order for donations to be legally deductible from your taxes, any entity must have filed for and received 501(c)(3) status from the government which would make any gifts or donations tax-deductible.
At this time, KPW has not filed for 501(c)(3) status. We may file for such status in the future, as – and only when – the Lord leads.
It is our heart here at KPW that all donations given be led by the Spirit of God. Because we are lacking the tax-deductible status, there will be those who choose to not financially support our efforts. We are comfortable with such decisions and still encourage partnering with us in prayer instead, as we joyfully serve you in the Kingdom of God.
